Shipping & In-Store Pick-Up Policy – Flip Flop Store at Plaza Las Américas

In-Store Pick-Up  
Skip the wait—shop online and pick up your order at our Plaza Las Américas location. Most orders are ready for pick-up within 4 hours during regular business hours. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up.

Shipping  
We currently ship orders within Puerto Rico and the United States.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days.  
  Delivery Time: Once processed, shipping takes 3 to 4 business days, depending on the destination.  
• Shipping Cost: All orders ship at a flat rate of $8.99.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts). Standard flat rates apply to orders under $100.
